Bespoke House Launches Fundraising Campaign to Transform Murray Hill into a Thriving Artisan Community
Jacksonville, FL – Bespoke House Artisan Community, a collective dedicated to empowering local artists and creatives, is thrilled to announce fundraising plans to expand its operations hoping to raise enough to secure a new location in the heart of Murray Hill at 3529 Plymouth Street, the former Ice Bar site. This 9,458-square-foot facility would serve as a dynamic hub for creativity, collaboration, and innovation, housing live-work suites, private studios, and creative facilities.
To make this vision a reality, Bespoke House has launched a fundraising campaign with a goal of raising $200,000. Funds will go toward securing the location, facility renovations, and expanding programming to better serve the First Coast Creative Class (FCCC), a collective of independent artists spanning multiple disciplines.

The facility at 3529 Plymouth Street would be transformed into a multifaceted creative space, featuring:
• Live-Work Suites: Affordable housing for artists, combining living and studio space.
• Private Studios: Individual spaces for creators to work and grow.
• Creative Facilities: Production studios, commercial kitchens, event venues, and workshops to support diverse artistic endeavors.
